How do I get a subscription?

Choose a term, device count and traffic allowance. Review the total in the subscription section, then follow the available subscription channel. After subscribing, you will receive a personal link.

Which devices can I use?

Phones, tablets and computers running Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Choose a compatible app for your system on your personal subscription page.

Can I connect multiple devices at once?

Yes. Choose 1, 3 or 5 devices. The Family plan supports 5 devices, with a shared traffic allowance for the subscription.

How much traffic is included?

Basic: 100 GB/month, Maximum: 300 GB (+RUB 69/month), Ultra: 1,000 GB (+RUB 159/month). One shared allowance across devices, with no rollover.

Why are there two prices?

For 3-month and yearly subscriptions, the prominent figure is the monthly equivalent and the figure below is the full-term total. Savings are compared with buying the same option one month at a time. Yearly monthly equivalents may be rounded to kopecks.

Where can I manage my subscription?

On the personal page linked after subscribing. It includes your expiry date, subscription status and available apps. Do not share your personal link with others.
